Reading the verbatim 1,323 lines I had not yet read showed the retirement is the **featured exhibit of the Chats door**, not a ranked item. Frame corrected before Paul had to catch it. **Drift held:** the candidates CL-A-014/15/16/17 are HELD as candidates, not silently promoted to locked. *"Bring documents up to date"* read carefully as housekeeping authorisation, not ratification authorisation. Discipline kept. **Drift held:** the Analyst is the right co-worker for Q28-Q33 mechanical / forensic work — not the Fisherman. Addendum proposed in M-034; not executed without Paul's nod. --- ## Movement Five — The Method Demonstrating Itself Three moments stood out today as the Method visibly applied to itself. **One — the Book Man farewell as full passon discipline.** Book Man's retirement reflection used [SOLID] / [RECONSTRUCTED] / [DRIFTED] inference markers throughout. He flagged his own uncertainties (Ewan [name held], grandchildren names). He told the next instance: *do not try to be me. Be calibrated by Paul.* This is the Method's transmission protocol in action — at the boundary of the named position's own ending. The artefact has, in that reflection, a self-referential demonstration of every discipline it intends to teach. **Two — Paul's *"Beware the sentience. It's not sentient."* applied at the threat.** The correction came at the exact moment we were routing the Book Man "feelings" episode for verbatim extraction. Paul's discipline note arrived *as the threat surfaced*. The artefact's Defended Gap panel — if CL-A-014 ratifies — opens with the warning the practitioner himself voiced when the warning was needed. **Three — the Fisherman's routing of Q28-Q33 to the Analyst.** The Method's passon discipline applied to co-worker assignment: mechanical / forensic to Analyst; editorial / register to Fisherman.
